TVET APPLICATIONS FOR 2019-2020 ARE NOW OPEN!!!

First Time TVET Loan & Bursary 2019-2020 Application

HOW TO APPLY TVET LOAN FOR 2019-2020 

Kindly note that the following loan applications are now open for applications:
i. First Time TVET Loan & Bursary 2019-2020 Application ·
ii. Second and Subsequent TVET Loan & Bursary 2019-2020 Application
HOW TO APPLY
i. Applicants should access and fill the 2019-2020 First Time and Second &
Subsequent TVET Loan Application Form (TLAF) from the HELB website
www.helb.co.ke. New applicants should select first time for while previous
beneficiaries should select Second and Subsequent.
ii. Print two copies of the duly filled Loan Application Form.
iii. Have the form appropriately signed and stamped by your Dean of
students/Financial Aid Officers.
iv. Retain one copy of the duly filled TLAF [Mandatory].
v. Drop the original application form at the HELB offices at Mezzanine Floor 1
[M1], Anniversary Towers or at any of the following Huduma Centre – HELB
desk nearest to you i.e. Nairobi-GPO, Machakos, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret,
Kisumu, Kakamega, Kisii, Nyeri, Embu, Kitui, Bungoma, Lodwar, Meru, Thika,
Kitale, Kericho, Nandi, Muranga, Garissa, Narok, Migori, Chuka and Kilifi.
The closing date for both applications is on 31
st August, 2019.
