Here are three different ways in which you can retrieve your KRA pin if you have forgotten or misplaced it:
Method 1
Visit the nearest KRA office with your Identification Card (ID) and request your pin.
Method 2
Scan your ID in color and send it to KRA via their email address callcentre@kra.go.ke. The subject of your email should be entitled KRA pin.
Method 3
Visit the KRA Facebook or Twitter social media pages and send a direct message requesting them for your KRA pin. Ensure you attach a colored copy of your ID.
