1.Login to the e-citizen portal

2.Navigate to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and click on ‘Get Service’ tab

3.You will be directed to your dashboard whereby you will be able to view all your applications. Once your certificate is already processed and ready for download, you will get a Generate certificate PN NIL message.

4.Click on ‘View’ tab beside it and you will be directed to the download page. Click on ‘Downloads’ tab located at the right and you will find the ‘POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE PIN NIL’ as an option

5.Click on ‘POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE PIN NIL’ and you will now be able to access your certificate. Scroll all the way to the bottom to get the ‘Print Service’ option.
